Canigó Coffee is composed of a blend of different beans for the best coffee. Unlike other producers, our different beans are roasted separately before being brought together to form the right blend.
Our blends always consist of a mix of several Arabica varieties with a percentage of Robusta. Arabica is softer, creamier and gives a better crema but lacks strength. Robusta is heavier, slightly bitter and sharper. In the right mix this gives the optimal Canigó blend.
