Our coffee is Rainforest Alliance certified but is not organic coffee. But don't worry, because this quality mark ensures that coffee farmers and their families benefit from better living conditions. And that the coffee is grown with respect for nature. Our coffee cups are 100% biodegradable. After use, the coffee cups can be thrown straight into the organic waste bin or onto your compost heap. So use our coffee cups and help create a better environment!
The coffee cups are suitable for, among other things, a Nespresso® coffee machine. Unfortunately, they do not fit in a Dolce Gusto® machine.
Yes, that is possible! For your next order, it is of course much more convenient if your details are already known to us. We will handle your personal data with care. In the menu at the top right you can create an account in My Canigó.
You can view your orders in your account. You can also view your order number and your order on the order confirmation that you received by email. You will receive the order confirmation when you have completed an order and your payment was successful.
Oops... then something probably went wrong. After completing your order and payment confirmation, you should receive an automatic order confirmation at the email address you provided during your order. Be sure to check your spam box because it may have ended up there. If that is not the case, please contact us by sending an email to shop@canigocoffee.com. Don't forget to include an order number in your email if you have received it.
We send your package with a track & trace code. You can track your package using this code so that you know when you can expect your package at home. Normally you can expect your package within 2-3 working days. Sometimes the courier companies can be very busy and your order may be delayed by up to 3-4 working days. If you have any questions about shipping, please send us an email at shop@canigocoffee.com.
If you have received your order but unfortunately it has arrived damaged, please send us an email within 24 hours with your order number, description of the damage, and a photo of the package showing the damage. We will then contact you within 5 working days. Send your email to service@canigocoffee.com
For now we only deliver in The Netherlands. However if you live in one of the European countries* below, send us an email with your order** and we will organize your delivery. If you live in another country than mentioned below, send an email with your order & request for delivery and we will get in touch with you.
